Keeping your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store while avoiding the aisles is a great way to protect your health. Food is perishable. The stuff with long shelf life is all suspect. Excessive consumption of processed and refined foods, is the primary culprit in nutritionally-caused health problems (high blood pressure and triglycerides, obesity, cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disorders like MS, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS). Food refining has brought us all four of the food toxins destroying our health: white flour, white sugar & HFCS (high fructose corn syrup),industrial seed oils and processed soy products. It has also brought us chemical additives and preservatives, some with known negative effects and others with effects still unknown.
