This has to be the most delicious guilt-free Paleo treat. I tested this one on my pickiest critics - my kids - and they loved it. I never would have predicted that this recipe would get chosen over the real ice cream by even my teenagers!
1 can coconut milk (unsweetened) 2 cup berries of choice 1 banana 1 tsp vanilla handful of raw nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
Throw ingredients into a food processor and process until creamy. Place in freezer for later use or eat right away. You can use any combination of fruit or any other ingredients that are paleo friendly to customize your ice cream! Enjoy!
YUMMM....pineapple and coconut flakes added, or instead of berries - MANGOES!
