What Should I Eat?

In simple language, base your diet on garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats, some nuts and seeds, some starch in the form of root vegetables and tubers, and no sugar. Removing gluten from the mix will improve a deluge of metabolic and autoimmune disorders that are widespread. That's about as simple as it gets. Keeping your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store while avoiding the aisles is a great way to protect your health. Food is perishable. The stuff with long shelf life is all suspect. If you follow these simple guidelines you will benefit from nearly all that can be achieved through nutrition

Excessive consumption of processed and refined foods, is the primary culprit in nutritionally-caused health problems (high blood pressure and triglycerides, obesity, cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disorders like MS, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS). Food refining has brought us all four of the food toxins destroying our health: white flour, white sugar & HFCS (high fructose corn syrup),industrial seed oils and processed soy products.
