On August 21st and 28th we’ll be attending the Downtown SLC Farmers Market from 8 to 1 pm. We are able to accept food stamps thru the market’s token program.
Pre-orders for the 28th may be your best bet as I may bring a little bit less meat than normal for walkup customers. Please get your requests in by August 25th so I can pick up any needed items on the 26th.
While we encourage pre-requesting/ordering we want to remind our customers that we are always willing to adjust an order up until the time it leaves our possession. We don’t want our customers to feel that they must buy something just because they included it in their pre-request.
· August Special: Save 5% on 5 pkgs of ground beef, 10% on 10 packages, and 15% on 20 or more packages of ground beef. If you would like 5 or more packages please preorder if at all possible.

· Dog and Marrow Bones, Beef Liver, Heart, and other organs are all available now. Let us know if you would be interested in purchasing some for yourself or your animal friends.

We are taking deposits for quarter and half beef orders, which will be delivered this winter Once we have animals available to fill these orders, we will fill the requests in the order in which the deposits were received. Orders received soon will likely be delivered in January. We have put additional numbers on the butcher’s schedule so that if the animals grow fast enough we will be able to harvest enough animals to fill these orders much faster than in the past. We are also taking deposits for whole and half lambs. Our best guess is that we will be filling these lamb orders in January.
