Roasted Salmon, Green Beans and Brussel Sprouts


Sprinkle salmon fillets with your choice of seasoning. I used lemon juice, dill and garlic powder. Drizzle green beans and sprouts with olive oil (you can add some salt if desired).


Roast both salmon and veggies in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until salmon flakes easily and veggies are tender when pierced.
Add some fruit to your meal and enjoy!

  1. Very nice change from eating steamed all the time. This was simple and easy to do. Unfortunately, I over cooked my veggies (surprise!!) but they still tasted good.

    Yes, steamed can get boring sometimes. I really enjoy roasted veggies and you can do it with every type of vegetable.
